All our Garden Rooms are made to order, so we’re able to offer maximum flexibility in terms of creating a design that suits your needs and budget. All of the features of the various specifications are totally interchangeable, ensuring maximum customisation and control of the budget allocation.
We can create bespoke buildings at little additional cost per m2 above that of our standard sized models. We can also tailor a specification (glazing, cladding, lighting, flooring, heating, shower rooms etc) to suit your needs.
Our lead times are usually 2-6 weeks from receiving a deposit. Once your deposit is received you will be allocated a firm build slot. Our build times vary from 7-60 days depending on size and complexity of the project.
